Our AI Literacy Assessment (Standard) is designed to quickly evaluate a candidate’s foundational understanding of AI, focusing on their ability to leverage AI in a professional setting. In a fast-paced, 30-minute interview, our experts will assess the candidate’s awareness of AI technologies, practical knowledge, and readiness to adopt AI tools in the workplace. This assessment equips recruiters with key insights into how well a candidate can adapt to AI-driven environments, helping you identify those who can contribute to your organisation's digital future.

How it Works

Upon purchasing the AI Literacy Assessment, you will have access to a one-off interview conducted by one of Dixon Humphreys' AI specialists. The process is simple: once you've coordinated with the candidate, just liaise with your designated Dixon Humphreys specialist to set a convenient date for the interview. From there, we handle the entire process.

Our AI expert will conduct the interview, thoroughly assessing the candidate's AI knowledge and capabilities. After the session, you will receive a detailed Level Assessment, providing clear insights into the candidate’s AI proficiency, helping you make data-driven decisions in your recruitment process.
